NEW METHOD

1. Open your web browse
2. Login to http://webmail.yourdomain.??
3. Enter mail prefix and password

For users of All Purple web sites with own domain email

These instructions are for Outlook users but are broadly similar to all email browser services.

For the purposes of this example I have used yourdomain.co.uk you should replace this with your own domain and TLD

1. Open your email browser.
2. Select your email account
3. Edit Internet Email Settings
1. Incoming mail server = mail.yourdomain.??
2. Outgoing mail server(SMTP)= mail.yourdomain.?? (same as incoming mail server) - See Screenshots
3. Select – More settings then the Outgoing Server tab
4. Tick - My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
5. Select - Use same settings as my incoming mail server - See Screenshots
6. Select the Advanced tab
7. Change Outgoing server (SMTP) port number to 587 - See Screenshots
